The Wusthof Legende Hollow Edge Nakiri combines the features of a chef’s knife with the versatility of a vegetable cleaver, ideal to use for vegetables. The hollow edges prevent food from sticking to the blade. Wusthof Legende knives feature a slim, scaled down handle with a lightweight feel. The cutting edge produced using the PEtec process is extremely thin, which is what produces the exceptional sharpness. The benefits of the PEtec edge provide extremely high initial cutting performance with exceptionally long edge retention and long life of the blade.
